By using MatchFindr you agree to these terms. MatchFindr is free — voluntary donations are welcome but never required.
1. The service
MatchFindr provides a free platform to browse profiles, match, chat, and use personality analyses. We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Who can use MatchFindr?
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. You are responsible for accurate profile information and keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Free use and donations
All core features of MatchFindr are free. You may donate voluntarily to support us. A donation does not provide dating advantages and is not a subscription.
4. Code of conduct
You use MatchFindr respectfully and honestly. You may not:
- Create fake profiles or impersonate others
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
- Post inappropriate, illegal, or misleading content
- Use the app for spam, fraud, or commercial advertising
- Bypass security or disrupt the service
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant MatchFindr a limited license to display it within the app for matching and moderation. You confirm you have the right to share that content.
6. Moderation, blocking, and reporting
We may restrict or remove profiles, messages, or accounts when these terms are violated or when users report abuse. You can block and report users in the app.
7. Liability
MatchFindr facilitates contact between users but is not a party to relationships formed through the app. We are not liable for other users' behavior. Use common sense when meeting and sharing personal information.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may end access for abuse or violation of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
