Is MatchFindr really free?+
Yes. All features are free: profile, matching, chat, Spark, and personality analysis. There are no premium subscriptions or hidden paywalls.
How does matching work?+
We calculate a compatibility score based on your personality and preferences. A high score means you fit well together. A real match happens when you both like each other.
What is Spark?+
Spark is your AI dating assistant in chat. Spark helps with conversation starters, tips, and advice — completely free.
How do I report or block someone?+
On a profile you can report or block someone. Reports are reviewed by our team. Blocked users can no longer contact you.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings in the menu. There you can delete your account. Your data will be removed according to our privacy policy.
How can I donate?+
Donations are voluntary and help us cover servers and development. Go to Donate in the menu or tap Tip Us in the app.
